We had a great stay here, thanks to the helpful and understanding staff. They went above and beyond, even receiving us late at night with no problems. For a small fee, they offered us the best room, which was quiet and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to everything in this city, including a strip of bars. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were top-notch. it was a pleasant experience.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just around the corner from a strip of bars and close to everything really. the room was decent, although not very well insulated, so expect some noise from outside. the bathroom was clean and functional. the service was average, but the desk-clerk was very helpful and understanding. the breakfast was not included, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. a convenient place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the action.
The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Great customer service, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We were able to explore the city easily without having to travel far. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus for keeping in touch with friends and family back home.
The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and outdated furnishings.

For a New Year stay, two aspects of the hotel were particularly enjoyable. the hotel staff provided a complimentary champagne and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for those who wanted to be near the city's main square. the hotel offered a special New Year's Eve package with a gala dinner and live entertainment, which was a fun and convenient option.
The hotel's room quality was not up to par. the room was quite dated and lacked some basic amenities.
